Sagicc App - User Profile, Settings, and Status Changes
After successfully logging into the app and selecting your workspace (if applicable), you’ll see the list of pending tickets and can start working. In the upper left corner of the screen, click the "Options" button to access a pop-up menu with the following features:
User Profile: In this section, you can view the user’s name, email address, and profile picture.
Status Changes: This option provides a status selector that displays your current platform status and allows you to switch between available statuses. If you select a “Pause” status, the app will display a screen with a timer showing the elapsed pause time and a "Exit" button to return to the “Available” status.
The mobile version of Sagicc does not include the "Preparation" status available in the web version. On mobile devices, this status is unnecessary as users do not need time to set up a workstation, check their internet connection, or configure external devices. This omission streamlines the user workflow and improves efficiency.
Tickets: This option takes you back to the list of pending tickets.
My Status: Clicking this option opens a screen with details about your current platform status, such as the campaign you’re working on, the time spent in this status, and options to change your status.
Settings: Clicking this option opens a screen where you can configure and customize your app experience based on your preferences and needs:
User Information: Displays your name, email address, username, and role.
General:
Push Notifications: Enable or disable push notifications for new customer interactions.
Ticket Notifications: Choose how you receive incoming notifications: for assigned tickets only, unassigned tickets, or all tickets.
Language: Select your preferred app interface language: Spanish or English.
Pause Automatic Assignment: Temporarily stop automatic ticket assignment to focus on your current workload. Reactivate this option when ready to receive new tickets.
Account:
Profile: Access and view the user’s full profile.
Assigned Customers: View the list of customers assigned to you, which forms your customer base and is your responsibility to manage.
Assigned Campaigns: See the list of campaigns assigned to you, including the enabled channels for each, helping you manage interactions effectively.
