Channels 📱💻

The Channels module allows you to manage the different channels or communication media that will allow your company to interact with customers and provide an excellent customer experience. Through these channels, and depending on the needs of your company and your customers, inbound or outbound campaigns can be organized in different campaigns.

Currently, Sagicc has the following types of communication channels.

  • Telephony: Allows communication between the company and its customers through incoming and outgoing phone calls (incoming and outgoing).

  • SMS/Text messages: Allows sending of text messages (SMS), to a specific customer or to multiple customers in a mass manner (outgoing).

  • Email: Allows the reception and sending of email messages to a specific customer or to multiple customers in a mass manner (incoming and outgoing).

  • Twitter: Allows sending and receiving of direct messages through Twitter, as well as capturing and responding to mentions from other users to your company's Twitter account (incoming and outgoing).

  • Facebook: Allows sending and receiving of messages through the Facebook Messenger messaging app. Additionally, it allows the capture of leads through forms and advertising on Facebook (incoming and outgoing).

  • Web Forms: Allows the capture of information, leads, requests, messages, PQRSF, etc., through forms embedded on your company's website (incoming).

  • Web Chat: Allows communication between your company and its customers through a chat embedded on your company's website (incoming and outgoing).

  • Web Video Chat: Allows communication between your company and its customers through audio and video calls from a chat embedded on your company's website (incoming and outgoing).

  • Instagram: Allows capturing and responding to comments made by your customers on your company's Instagram posts. It also allows sending and receiving of direct/private messages through Instagram (incoming and outgoing).

  • WhatsApp: Allows sending and receiving of messages through the WhatsApp messaging app. Additionally, it allows the sending of previously approved notifications by Meta to start conversations with customers (incoming and outgoing).

  • Telegram: Allows sending and receiving of messages through the Telegram messaging app (incoming and outgoing).

Please note that only users with an ADMINISTRATOR role can add channels to the platform and that it is possible to add as many channels as required. Additionally, depending on the contract and Sagicc license that your company handles, access to these channels may vary and some channel types have additional charges.

Through the side menu, you can access the Channels module.

Sagicc will take you to a list where you can browse through all the channels configured on the platform. For each channel on the list, you can see basic information such as the name, channel type, direction (incoming or outgoing), and status. By clicking on the Add Channel button (in the upper right corner), you can view a form to add a new channel to the platform.

By clicking on Options, you can Edit, Disable, or Delete a specific channel.
