Last Executions

In Sagicc, it is possible to view a record of the latest executions of a specific Business Rule, to know the last tickets that have been affected by the rule and the actions executed by it. To view the record of latest executions, go to the configuration of the Business Rule by clicking the Edit button from the list of Business Rules.

At the bottom of the form, you will find the Last Executions button. Click on this button.

Open

A dialog box will open in which you will see a list of the latest executions of the Business Rule, from the most recent to the oldest. You can know the number of the ticket affected by the rule, the action that was executed with the rule, and the date and time of execution. With this information, you can know the behavior of the Business Rule in your campaigns, and make informed decisions accordingly.
