Public Knowledge Base

From the initial view of the Base of Knowledge module, click on Knowledge Base and then on "Go" to access a public and read-only version of the knowledge base. This public knowledge base can be shared with your clients and other external users so they can consult the information and articles that may be useful to them.

 

 

Just like the knowledge base within Sagicc, in this view you can access different categories, sections (only those with public access) and articles, and perform specific information searches. Don't hesitate to use this tool whenever you need to provide additional information, and take advantage of its potential to provide better service to your clients.
