Within the PBX module, click on the Number List option to access the administration of the incoming numbers configured in your Sagicc instance.
In this module, you can configure the incoming numbers assigned to your instance and specify the incoming IVR that will be active for each of them. This way, you can manage different IVRs according to the needs and requirements of your operation, adapting to various situations and optimizing the experience for those calling each specific number.
By selecting the Number List option, you will access a list where you can view all the numbers previously configured in the platform. For each number in the list, basic information such as the number, IVR, and creation date will be displayed. By clicking the "Add Number" button (located in the upper right corner), a form will be displayed, allowing you to add a new number to the platform.
Additionally, in the Options column of the list, you can edit or delete an existing number as needed.
Add Number
To add a number, click on the "Add Number" button, located in the upper right corner of the Number List.
Sagicc will take you to the number creation form, where you must enter the following required information:
Number: This is the assigned incoming number.
IVR: Select here the IVR previously configured in the IVR Builder module that will be activated when receiving a call on the specified incoming number.
Verify the information entered for both basic and advanced configuration, and click Save to add the new number. If the process is carried out correctly, Sagicc will redirect you to the Number List module, where you can view the newly created number in the list.
