We are pleased to introduce you to the Sagicc App, the mobile application we have designed to help your company provide personalized and efficient customer service. This tool will allow Sagicc users to interact directly with customers and manage platform tickets conveniently, all from their mobile devices or tablets. The Sagicc App will be available for download on the Google Play (Android) and App Store (iOS) starting from September 2023, offering an accessible and modern experience.

What motivated us to create the Sagicc App?

The motivation behind the development of the Sagicc App lies in three fundamental pillars: simplicity, agility, and expansion.

  • Simplicity: To offer a simplified version of Sagicc, equipped with essential tools for providing personalized customer service.

  • Agility: To ensure that customer service processes through Sagicc are faster and more agile. We have designed an interface specially adapted and optimized for mobile devices, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Expansion: To leverage mobile device functionalities to enrich customer service processes and enable more comprehensive interaction.

What are the main features of the Sagicc App?

  • The Sagicc App will be available for all businesses and their Sagicc users, regardless of their role (administrator, supervisor, or agent).

  • Users will be able to access the application to check tickets, carry out management tasks, and maintain effective interaction with customers through various available channels in different configured campaigns.

  • All communication channels will be available for efficient and timely customer interaction.

  • Users will be able to send and receive attachments (images, audios, etc.), and they can use pre-created templates in Sagicc to facilitate communication with customers.

  • The application will allow users to check and update information related to tickets, customers, contact details, etc.

  • The ticket management form will be similar to the web interface of Sagicc, providing a familiar and intuitive interface.

  • Users will have the ability to transfer tickets to other team members and close those that have been successfully managed.

  • For optimal performance, the Sagicc App will require a stable internet connection, ensuring smooth communication with customers.

  • The application will be available for download on both Google Play (for Android devices) and the App Store (for iOS devices), ensuring accessibility on the major mobile platforms.
