Multimedia: Allows creating templates with multimedia content and accompanying a text in the form of a caption accompanying the multimedia content. By selecting this type of template, you will be able to specify the following parameters:
Media Type of Multimedia Content: Specifies whether the multimedia element is of type IMAGE, AUDIO, VIDEO, or DOCUMENT.
Multimedia Media File URL: Is the URL that allows accessing : Select or drag the multimedia element that file you want wish to add and must have the HTTPS protocol enabled for security reasons.Multimedia Caption: Is to the template. Keep in mind that the format of the selected file must match the selected media type.
Media Caption: It is the text or caption that will accompany the multimedia content of the template.
Interactive: Allows creating templates with interactive visual elements, such as quick response buttons or a selection list of options. Additionally, it can include elements such as a header or footer, accompanying the message and interactive elements. By selecting this type of template, you will be able to specify the following parameters:
Type of Interactive Message: Specifies whether the template will have interactive QUICK RESPONSE BUTTONS or an interactive LIST of options.
Header Type of Header: Specifies the type of header of the template, whether TEXT, IMAGE, DOCUMENT, VIDEO, or NONE.
Header Text: In case the selected header type is TEXT, it specifies the content of the header of the template.
Header URLMedia File: In case the selected header type is IMAGE, DOCUMENT, or VIDEO, it specifies the URL that allows accessing select or drag the multimedia element that file you want wish to add in to the header. This URL must have the HTTPS protocol enabled for security reasonsKeep in mind that the format of the selected file must match the selected header type.
