Sagicc will take you to a list where you can see all created message templates. For each template on the list, you can see basic information such as the name, language, category, status, and creation date. By clicking the Add “Add WhatsApp TemplateTemplate” button (in the upper right corner), you can view a form to add a new message template and send it for approval by Meta and WhatsApp.

If your Sagicc instance has multiple WhatsApp channels configured, associated with different WhatsApp Business API accounts (WABA), use the selector located at the top of the list to view WhatsApp templates for a specific account.
By clicking View “View” (in the Options “Options” column), you can access detailed information about the template. Also from Options “Options”, you can delete “Delete” an existing template.
