As a platform user, upon logging in, you will have access to the Workspaces assigned to you. These Workspaces are dedicated areas where information is organized for easy access, allowing you to make the most of the tools and capabilities they offer. Below, we outline some key points regarding the selection and access of workspaces in Sagicc:

  • Automatic Workspace Redirection: If you are associated with only one Workspace as a user, whether it's the default Workspace (Default) or another Workspace, upon logging into the platform, you'll be automatically redirected to that Workspace without needing to make a selection.

  • Workspace Selection: If you have more than one Workspace associated, upon logging into the platform, you'll see a view where you can select the desired Workspace to access.

  • Information Display: Once you've chosen a Workspace, you'll be directed to the Sagicc homepage, where you can view all the information associated with that Workspace.

  • Workspace Change: If you ever wish to change the active Workspace, simply click on the menu located in the top right corner and select "Change Workspace". You'll be taken back to the Workspace selection view, where you can choose the Workspace you want to switch to.

  • Automatic Information Linking: Any information you generate as a user on the platform will be automatically linked to the Workspace you're currently active in. This ensures effective organization and easy data management within each Workspace.
