Advanced Instagram Templates

The section for Advanced Templates for Instagram (inside the Templates Module) allows you to customize templates with advanced features such as interactive buttons, quick responses, and attractive multimedia content. This tool will enable your agents to be fully prepared to handle requests your business receives through Instagram, using templates that are not only more appealing but also highly effective in communicating with your followers.

There are several types of advanced templates:

• Generic: Allows you to create templates with interactive visual elements such as a title, subtitle, or image. Additionally, it can include elements like Call To Action (CTA) buttons.

  • Title: This is the title of the advanced template, with a maximum length of up to 80 characters.

  • Subtitle: This is the subtitle of the advanced template, with a maximum length of up to 80 characters.

  • Image: Select or drag the image you want to add to your advanced template.

  • Call To Action (CTA) Buttons: Allows you to add and customize the interactive buttons in your template for greater interaction. Each template can include a maximum of 3 Call To Action buttons. These buttons can be of two types:

    • Postback: Sends a predefined message as a response to the business. It can contain a maximum of 20 characters.

    • URL: Allows you to redirect the customer to a previously configured link or website. The button title can contain a maximum of 20 characters.

• Quick Replies: Allows you to create templates to send a message accompanied by up to 13 predefined quick replies, making it easier for the customer to choose an option quickly. Each of these options can contain a maximum of 20 characters, ensuring an efficient and concise customer experience.
