The section for Advanced Facebook Templates (inside the Templates Module) allows you to customize templates with advanced features, such as interactive buttons and attractive multimedia content. This way, your agents will be prepared to handle requests received by your business through Facebook using more appealing and effective templates.
Advanced Facebook Templates can only be sent through Facebook's private messaging, meaning in private conversations between the business and the customer via Facebook Messenger. They cannot be sent to respond to comments on posts.
There are several types of advanced templates:
Text: Allows you to create simple templates with a text message.
Message: This is the body or content of the template. This message can include variables from Sagicc, emojis, etc.
Media: Enables you to create templates with multimedia content and up to 3 Call To Action (CTA) buttons.
Multimedia Content Type: Specifies whether the multimedia element is an IMAGE or VIDEO.
Multimedia File: Selects or drags the multimedia file you want to add to the template. Please note that the selected file format must match the selected multimedia content type.
Call To Action (CTA) Buttons: Allows you to add and customize the interactive buttons in your template for greater interaction. Each template can include a maximum of 3 Call To Action buttons. These buttons can be of two types:
Postback: Sends a predefined message as a response to the business. It can contain a maximum of 20 characters.
URL: Allows you to redirect the customer to a previously configured link or website. The button title can contain a maximum of 20 characters.
Generic: Allows you to create templates with interactive visual elements such as title, subtitle, or image. Additionally, it can include elements such as Call To Action buttons (CTA).
Title: This is the title of the advanced template, with a maximum length of 80 characters.
Subtitle: This is the subtitle of the advanced template, with a maximum length of 80 characters.
Image: Select or drag the image you want to add to your advanced template.
Call To Action (CTA) Buttons: Allows you to add and customize the interactive buttons in your template for greater interaction. Each template can include a maximum of 3 Call To Action buttons. These buttons can be of two types:
