The Omni Widgets module allows you to create an omnichannel widget that you can then install on your company’s website. This widget features direct links to various contact and support channels available to your customers, making access easier and improving communication speed. In the module, you can customize the widget’s style, select the incoming channels you wish to include, and generate a JavaScript script to embed on your website and landing pages. This way, you optimize customer service management, encourage participation in your inbound campaigns, and increase the effectiveness of your service strategies. You can configure one or more widgets based on your company’s needs.
*Note that the channels need to be configured in the Sagicc Channels module to be added as channels of an omnichannel widget.
Sagicc allows adding Omni Widgets through the side menu, selecting the “Tools” option, and then clicking on “Omni Widgets” to access the module.
Sagicc will take you to a listing where you can browse through all the omnichannel widgets configured on the platform. For each omnichannel widget in the listing, you can see basic information such as the name, the URL of the page where the widget is embedded, and the date it was created. By clicking on the “Add Omnichannel Widget” button (in the upper right corner), you can display a form to add a new omnichannel widget to the platform.
By clicking on “Edit” (in the “Options” column), you can edit the information of an existing omnichannel widget. Also from “Options”, you can disable or delete an omnichannel widget.
