Follow these steps to set up WhatsApp templates for companies whose WhatsApp Business API provider is Sagicc and its partner provider.
Once Meta and WhatsApp approve a template for your company, you can associate it with a Sagicc template in the Templates module. Enter the Templates module and add a new template of WhatsApp channel type.
The form will display the following fields:
Message Type: Select Approved Template.
Template Message Type: Select Sagicc provided template message. This option will display a selector with the WhatsApp templates configured and provided by Sagicc.
WhatsApp Template: Select the approved template you want to use.
Message: Sagicc will automatically display the content of the approved template. This content cannot be modified or altered.
Template Variables: Write one by one (separated by commas) the Sagicc variables ({{cliente.primer_nombre}}) that will replace the template variables ({{1}}).
Verify the information and click Save. From that moment on, you can use this Sagicc template to send approved WhatsApp template messages from your tickets or through the Bulk Messaging module.
