The Advanced WhatsApp Templates section will allow you to configure templates for WhatsApp with advanced elements such as buttons, lists, or multimedia content. This way, your agents will be able to respond to requests that your company receives through WhatsApp using more user-friendly templates. If you selected the Session Message option as the Message Type when setting up your WhatsApp template, you can use this tool.

Advanced WhatsApp templates can only be used with WhatsApp channels whose API provider is Sagicc and its partner provider. If the company has its own provider, it will not be possible to send these advanced templates through WhatsApp.

 

There are several types of advanced templates:

 

 

 

 

 

The interactive list can be composed of one or more sections, and can contain multiple options formed by a title and a description. It is possible to add a maximum of 10 options, distributed among one or more sections.

 

 

Remember that you must configure the catalog and its products beforehand from Meta's Commerce Manager. Also, remember that the catalog must be associated with the WhatsApp Business account connected to Sagicc. Find more information at the following links:
