Dialer Dashboard
For each configured dialer in the platform, there is an available dashboard that provides you with the capability to analyze results and assess the effectiveness of the dialing process. Within the list of dialers in the Dialers Module, you can individually access the dashboards of each dialer to gain a detailed insight into its performance and outcomes. This approach allows for a deeper and personalized analysis, evaluating key metrics and obtaining valuable information about the performance of each specific dialer.
Once on the dashboard, you can view the following information about the dialer:
Dialer Status: Provides a graphical representation summarizing the quantity of records in each state of the dialer (NEW, IN PROGRESS, PAUSED, or COMPLETED).
Attempts per Hour: Offers a graphical representation of the number of calls generated by the dialer each hour.
Dialer Results: Graphically displays a summary of the quantity of cases in each possible call result: Rejected, Connected, Not Available, No Answer, Busy.
Summary of Dialer Records: Presents in a table the details of all clients to be called by the dialer, including the number of dialing attempts, the date and time of the last attempt, and the overall status of the dialing process for the client (NEW, SUCCESSFUL, FAILED), as well as the result of the call (Rejected, Connected, Not Available, No Answer, Busy).
