It's important to note that Sagicc displays a series of visual alerts in different views and screens where tickets info is displayed, when there is a breach of the SLA rules for response times. These alerts are visible to all types of users on the platform, so administrators, supervisors, and agents can check if tickets have not met the times established in the SLA rule.

Ticket View: From the ticket view, by hovering over the SLA alert, we can view more information about which times were breached and the respective date of the breach.
