Before setting up a bulk message, you need to have created the corresponding campaign, imported the customer accounts, configured the sending channel, and designed the message template. You can add Bulk Messages in Sagicc through the side menu by selecting the “Tools” option and then “Bulk Messaging” to access the module.

Name: Name of the bulk message.
Campaign: Name of the campaign for which the bulk message is being sent.
Status: Status of the bulk message (DRAFT, INITIALIZING, STOPPED, FINISHED).
Progress: Percentage progress of the bulk message sending.
Enabled: Indicates whether the bulk message is enabled or disabled.
Creation Date: Date when the bulk message was created.
Options: Set of options and actions to perform on the bulk message.
In the "Options" column, clicking on "View" allows you to access the details of a specific Bulk Message. Additionally, you will have the ability to "Start" the execution of a bulk messaging process, "Stop" a running bulk messaging process, as well as "Enable", "Disable", or "Delete" an existing bulk message.
