With the bulk messaging Bulk Messaging module, you can send messages to all your customers in bulka bulkive and efficient way through the various communication channels previously configured in Sagicc. For this process, you can filter the customer base of a campaign using one or more conditions that must be met to receive the messages. This way, you can segment your target audience and send personalized messages that meet the needs of each customer.

Before setting up a bulk message, you need to have created the corresponding campaign, imported the customer accounts, configured the sending channel, and designed the message template. Once these steps are completed, you can configure the bulk message to be sent immediately or schedule it for a later time.

Info

Please keep the following points in mind when using this module:

  • Only users with the "Administrator" role can add Bulk Messages in the platform, and you can add as many Bulk Messages as needed.

  • Bulk Messaging processes in Sagicc are handled in a queue. This means that when you start a process, it begins execution, and subsequent processes will run once the previous one has finished. While messages within the same bulk message are sent in parallel, different bulk messaging processes are executed sequentially.

  • Messages sent through the module are subject to the Contact Schedules configured in the Business Profile module. If a bulk message is scheduled outside the configured contact schedule, it will not be sent. Find more information about this here.
