To embed an omnichannel widget on your company's webpage or landing page, you need access to the source code of the webpage (for example, if your webpage is running on WordPress, Shopify, or Wix, you need access to the administrator of these platforms).
Once you have access to the source code, look for how you can add JavaScript code to the webpage. Preferably, look for how to add it just before the closing
</body>tag.Copy the code snippet that you obtained by adding the omnichannel widget (or go to the Edit option of the omnichannel widget) and paste it into the source code of your webpage.
Save the changes and access the page from a web browser. If the code snippet was added correctly, you should see the widget.
