The Billing module of Sagicc offers administrators the ability to access a dashboard with estimated information about user consumption during a specific period. Additionally, it provides detailed information about these users, as well as relevant data on other services that generate additional costs in billing, such as WhatsApp, SMS, Bot, Calls, among others.

This module allows platform administrators to efficiently visualize user consumption and other services, gaining an overview of expenses and a better understanding of how different platform resources are utilized. With this information, administrators can make informed decisions and accurately track the costs associated with each service offered by Sagicc.
Through the side menu, you can access the Billing module. Locate the Parameterization option, and then click on Billing to be taken to the initial view of the module.

This module displays an estimation of user and service consumption during a selected period. The data is periodically synchronized to stay up-to-date, but actual billing may vary slightly due to this synchronization. Use the information as a general guide, and if you have any questions, contact the Billing and Accounts Receivable department for more accurate information. |

At the top of the interface, you will find a series of filters that allow you to query information within a specific date range. By default, Sagicc will display information for the current day and group it by month, but it is also possible to view information for the current week, the current month, or select a custom date range.
User Consumption
The User Consumption section provides an overview indicating the number of users based on their role and a table with detailed information about these users. The table displays relevant information such as the user's name, email address, role, number of assigned channels, among others. This section offers a clear and organized view of the users and their participation in the system during the specified time period. The table facilitates the identification and tracking of each user, allowing administrators to have greater control and understanding of the platform's usage.

Other Services Consumption
In the Other Services Consumption section, you will be able to view the consumed quantity of various services offered by Sagicc that incur additional costs in Sagicc's billing, such as outgoing SMS, outgoing email, WhatsApp messaging, calls, video calls, and bot consumption. This information will provide you with a clear and detailed insight into how each of these services is being utilized within the platform. You will be able to monitor the consumption and accurately track the resources used for each type of service.
Services Consumption Dashboard
Finally, in the Services Consumption Dashboard section, you will have access to a tool that allows you to obtain valuable information about user and service consumption over time. Through intuitive and comparative graphs, you will be able to visualize clearly and concisely how consumption has evolved, identifying patterns, trends, and significant variations in different intervals. Additionally, you will be able to view specific statistics related to WhatsApp channels, enabling you to analyze the behavior of incoming and outgoing messages during the selected time interval.
