To add an omnichannel widget, click on the Add Omnichannel Widget button in the upper right corner of the OmniWidgets module. Sagicc will take you to the omnichannel widget creation form.
Enter all the requested information in the form and, select the configuration of the channels that will be available in the widget, and configure f the new omnichannel widget. The following are the different available configuration parameters:

Widget Script: This is a JavaScript code snippet that you will need to embed on the website to display the widget. Copy and save this code snippet and send it to whoever manages your company's website. Note that the data in this script cannot be modified or altered, as this depends on the correct functioning of the widget.
Page URL: This is the URL of the webpage on which the widget will be embedded. For security reasons, the widget will only be displayed on this page.
Style: There are two display styles for the widget: List (a list of elements with a more traditional style) or Floating Buttons (a minimalist and modern option for buttons). Select the one that best suits your company's image on the webpage.

Title: This is the title that will be displayed in the top bar of the widget. Applies only when the selected style is List.
Subtitle: This is the subtitle that will be displayed in the top bar of the widget. Applies only when the selected style is List.
Position: This is the position on the screen where the widget will be located.
Main Color: This is the color of the main elements of the widget, such as buttons and navigation bars. The buttons corresponding to social networks will always have the characteristic color of the social network. The others will have the main color.
Icon Type: This is the icon or visual element that will be displayed on the webpage when the widget is minimized. This can be a floating button or a custom image (specified in the Custom Image URL field).

Make sure the information is correct and click Save to add the omnichannel widget. If the process was completed correctly, you will be automatically taken to the Omnichannel Widgets list, where you will see the newly added widget.

To embed an omnichannel widget on your company's webpage or landing page, you need access to the source code of the webpage (for example, if your webpage is running on WordPress, Shopify, or Wix, you need access to the administrator of these platforms).
Once you have access to the source code, look for how you can add JavaScript code to the webpage. Preferably, look for how to add it just before the closing

tag.Copy the code snippet that you obtained by adding the omnichannel widget (or go to the Edit option of the omnichannel widget) and paste it into the source code of your webpage.
Save the changes and access the page from a web browser. If the code snippet was added correctly, you should see the widget.
