Sagicc allows adding Omni Widgets through the side menu and with an Administrator role within the platform, you can access the OmniWidgets , selecting the “Tools” option, and then clicking on “Omni Widgets” to access the module.

Sagicc will take you to a listing where you can browse through all the omnichannel widgets configured on the platform. For each omnichannel widget in the listing, you can see basic information such as the name, the URL of the page where the widget is embedded, and the date it was created. By clicking on the Add “Add Omnichannel Widget Widget” button (in the upper right corner), you can display a form to add a new omnichannel widget to the platform.
By clicking on Edit “Edit” (in the Options “Options” column), you can edit the information of an existing omnichannel widget. Also from Options “Options”, you can disable or delete an omnichannel widget.
