With the bulk messaging Bulk Messaging module, you can send messages to all your customers en masse in a bulkive and efficient way through the various communication channels previously configured in Sagicc. For this process, you can filter the customer base of a campaign using one or more conditions that must be met to receive the messages. This way, you can segment your target audience and send personalized messages that meet the needs of each customer.

Before setting up a bulk message, you need to have created the corresponding campaign, imported the customer accounts, configured the sending channel, and designed the message template. Once these steps are completed, you can configure the bulk message to be sent immediately or schedule it for a later time.
