Info

When drafting the body of the articles or adding attachments to it, keep in mind that images and data presented in tables and charts are not suitable sources of information for technologies like RAG and generative artificial intelligence. If you have information in these formats, it is recommended to preprocess and convert it into a text format to ensure it is understandable and can be used as a source of information.

Info

Attachments to articles in PDF format will be considered for the implementation of RAG technology in the Bot Builder module. To ensure proper processing, the document must meet the following conditions:

  • Selectable text: The content must be in text format, not scanned or embedded as an image. Additionally, the file must not be password-protected.

  • Relevant content: Include only the necessary information. Remove unnecessary cover pages, blank pages, or duplicates.

  • Well-structured content: Use clear titles, subtitles, and lists to facilitate understanding. Avoid multi-column layouts or complex designs that make reading difficult.

  • Appropriate size: The file size must not exceed 10 MB or 30,000 characters. If the content is extensive, split it into smaller documents.

  • Single language: The document must be written in a single language, with proper spelling and grammar. If multiple languages need to be included, create a separate file for each.
