Sagicc has three (3) user roles, each with specific characteristics:
Role | Description |

Administrador | Users with this role are responsible for the overall administration and configuration of the Sagicc instance for the company. Their main functionalities are the configuration of users, channels, campaigns, management forms, and administration of advanced tools. |
Supervisor | Users with this role are responsible for supervising, monitoring, and tracking the work of users with agent role. Their main functionalities are generating reports and supervising agents. |
Agent | Users with this role are responsible for managing tickets that are generated manually or through interactions with customers through any of the available channels on the platform. |
Each of the user roles has specific permissions assigned to allow or restrict access to different functionalities of the platform. By default, Sagicc has a predefined permission and role configuration. For example, only users with administrator role have permission to Add Campaign, and users with supervisor role do not have permission to Add Channel. From the Permissions Manager module, it is possible to modify this configuration and assign or remove permissions from a specific role.
