With the bulk messaging module, you can send messages to your customers en masse through the various communication channels configured in Sagicc. For this process, you can filter the customer base of a campaign using one or more conditions that must be met to receive the messages. This way, you can segment your target audience and send personalized messages that meet the needs of each customer.

Note Please note that only users with an ADMINISTRATOR role can add Bulk Mass Messages on to the platform, and it is 's possible to add as many Bulk Mass Messages as required. Additionally, remember that the deliveries made by the module will be affected by the Contact Schedules configured in the Business Profile module. Find more information about this here. |
You can add Bulk Messages in Sagicc through the side menu by selecting Tools and then Bulk Messaging to access the module.
Sagicc will take you to a list where you can navigate through all the existing Bulk Messages on the platform. For each bulk message, you will see the following basic information:
