The  The OmniWidgets module will allow you to add an omnichannel widget to your company's website. This omnichannel widget consists of direct links to the different contact and support channels that your company offers to its customers. In the module, you can select the incoming channels that you want to have in your omnichannel widget, customize the widget's style, and generate a JavaScript code script that you can embed on your website and landing pages. You can have one or more omnichannel widgets configured, depending on your company's needs.

*Note that the channels need to be configured in the Sagicc Channels module to be added as channels of an omnichannel widget.

Through the side menu and with an Administrator role within the platform, you can access the OmniWidgets module.

Sagicc will take you to a listing where you can browse through all the omnichannel widgets configured on the platform. For each omnichannel widget in the listing, you can see basic information such as the name, the URL of the page where the widget is embedded, and the date it was created. By clicking on the Add Omnichannel Widget button (in the upper right corner), you can display a form to add a new omnichannel widget to the platform.

By clicking on Edit (in the Options column), you can edit the information of an existing omnichannel widget. Also from Options, you can disable or delete an omnichannel widget.
