For each of the surveys configured in the platform, you can view a dashboard that allows you to analyze all the information collected, question by question, client customer by clientcustomer, and make informed decisions that benefit the business. From the list of surveys in the Surveys module, you can access the dashboard of a specific survey.

General Analysis: Contains general information about the survey behavior:
Filled: Indicates the number of surveys that have been responded to within the time range specified in the filter.
Sent: Indicates the number of links to the survey generated and sent within the time range specified in the filter.
Completion: Indicates the percentage of surveys answered out of all surveys generated and sent.
Participants: Indicates the number of unique participants (or unique clientscustomers) to whom a survey link has been generated and sent.
Filled Today: Indicates the number of surveys that have been responded to on the current day.
Analysis by question: Contains a detailed analysis of each of the survey questions that contain selection options. For each question, view the information graphically and tabulated for better data analysis. Questions with open-ended responses are not shown in this section, as they cannot be tabulated.
Analysis by participant: Contains a list of all survey participants, indicating survey status (answered or unanswered), date filled, and date sent. By clicking the "View Details" button for each survey participant, you can view all the clientcustomer's responses to the survey questions in detail.
