In the User Profile, you can view all the basic information of a user, additional information, skills, roles, scheduled tasks on their agenda, and a list of assigned clientscustomers. At the top right of your profile, click on the Options button to access the following options:

Click on the Agenda tab in the User Profile to access the clientcustomer's agenda. Here, you will see all the tasks that the user has scheduled for their tickets using the Next Task Date option in the task forms. Clicking on a scheduled task in the agenda will take you to the ticket that needs to be managed on the specified date and time.
