This information is of great importance to your company if you are using our integration with Twitter as a customer service channel in Sagicc. As you may already know, Sagicc uses Twitter APIs to integrate tweets and direct messages into the platform. However, starting on February 9, 2023, Twitter has decided to discontinue free access to these APIs (more information here https://twitter.com/TwitterDev/status/1621026986784337922 ). This change will affect incoming and outgoing tweets and direct messages from the Twitter channel within Sagicc. We are working in collaboration with Twitter to evaluate available options and try to restore these services. We will keep you informed of any future developments or changes.
