Click on the Agenda tab in the User Profile to access the client's agenda. Here, you will see all the tasks that the user has scheduled for their cases using the Next Task Date option in the task forms. Clicking on a scheduled task in the agenda will take you to the case that needs to be managed on the specified date and time.
