In section 2, located at the bottom of the screen, there is a panel consisting of two (2) or three (3) columns, depending on the user's configuration. This panel will allow you to access different tabs of information related to the customer, ticket, interactions, and management. A horizontal navigation menu will allow you to access each of the following tabs:
Cliente: Detalle del cliente asociado al caso
Contacto: Datos de contacto del cliente asociado al caso
Cuenta: Cuenta del cliente asociada al caso.
Caso: Detalle del caso
Conversación: Conversación (interacciones entrantes y salientes)
Guion: Guion de la campaña a la cual pertenece el caso
Agenda: Agenda de gestiones programadas para el agente asociado al caso
Gestión: Formulario de gestión de la campaña a la cual pertenece el caso
Historial: Historial de gestiones del caso
Adjuntos: Archivos adjuntos asociados al caso
Pestañas Adicionales: Pestañas adicionales configuradas en la campaña asociada al caso.
