Bulk Messaging 📢

With the bulk messaging module, you can send messages to your customers in bulk through the various communication channels configured in Sagicc. For this process, you can filter the customer base of a campaign using one or more conditions that must be met to receive the messages. This way, you can segment your target audience and send personalized messages that meet the needs of each customer.

You can add Bulk Messages in Sagicc through the side menu by selecting the “Tools” option and then “Bulk Messaging” to access the module.

Sagicc will take you to a list where you can navigate through all the existing Bulk Messages on the platform. For each bulk message, you will see the following basic information:

• Name: Name of the bulk message.

• Campaign: Name of the campaign for which the bulk message is being sent.

• Status: Status of the bulk message (DRAFT, INITIALIZING, STOPPED, FINISHED).

• Progress: Percentage progress of the bulk message sending.

• Enabled: Indicates whether the bulk message is enabled or disabled.

• Creation Date: Date when the bulk message was created.

• Options: Set of options and actions to perform on the bulk message.

In the "Options" column, clicking on "View" allows you to access the details of a specific Bulk Message. Additionally, you will have the ability to "Start" the execution of a bulk messaging process, "Stop" a running bulk messaging process, as well as "Enable", "Disable", or "Delete" an existing bulk message.
