The Reusable Lists module allows you to configure fields for tasks forms in the form of lists (lists for selecting one option, multiple options, or linked lists) that can be reused in one or more task forms within the platform. This way, it won’t be necessary to configure a list with many options, such as city, country, institution, or product lists, more than once. You’ll simply select it from the reusable lists list when setting up a new task form.

Keep in mind that only users with the "Administrator" role can add reusable lists to the platform, and it is possible to add as many lists as needed.

Sagicc allows you to add reusable lists through the side menu by selecting the “Tools” option and then clicking on “Reusable Lists” to access the module.

Sagicc will take you to a list where you can browse through all the existing reusable lists on the platform. For each list, you’ll see basic information like name, status, user, and creation date. By clicking the “Add Reusable List” button (in the top right corner), you’ll be able to see a form to add a new reusable list to the platform.

By clicking "Edit" in the "Options" column, you can access and modify the configuration of a specific reusable list. Also, from “Options”, you can Disable or Delete an existing reusable list.
