The Block List Module is a tool designed with efficiency and control in mind, especially tailored to enhance the management of unwanted interactions in your Sagicc instance. Thanks to this functionality, you can precisely define the contact details, accounts, or domains you need to block, and Sagicc will automatically ignore any interaction or message originating from these blocked sources.

This module becomes a fundamental component for maintaining a more productive work environment and delivering higher-quality customer service.

To access the Block List Module in Sagicc, simply log in to the platform and navigate to the module through the side menu. Select the Parametrization option, and then click on Block List (Security) to enter the module.

Inside the module, you will find a list displaying all the records that have been previously added to the Block List. In this list, you can view the blocked information, the type of blocked data (email, domain, social networks, or phone number), the customer to which the contact data belongs, and the creation date of the record on the Block List. You also have the ability to delete a specific record from this list, effectively removing it from the block list.

Please remember that ALL interactions, whether they are messages, calls, emails, or other forms of contact, coming from contact data present in the Block List, will be completely ignored by Sagicc. This means they will not be recorded on the platform, will not generate a case, and there will be no trace of these interactions in any of the modules. Additionally, you can add or remove contact data from the block list according to your needs at any time.

At the top of the list, you have the option to add new records to the Block List. You can search for a specific data point in the selector and add it to the list, or manually enter data that you wish to block if it hasn't been previously registered in the platform. This way, you can effectively manage the platform's block list and leverage the advantages that this module offers to optimize your company's operations.
