With the bulk messaging module, you can send messages to your customers en masse through the various communication channels configured in Sagicc. For this process, you can filter the customer base of a campaign using one or more conditions that must be met to receive the messages. This way, you can segment your target audience and send personalized messages that meet the needs of each customer.
Please note that only users with an ADMINISTRATOR role can add Mass Messages to the platform, and it's possible to add as many Mass Messages as required. Additionally, remember that the deliveries made by the module will be affected by the Contact Schedules configured in the Business Profile module. Find more information about this here.
