Bulk Messaging 📢

With the bulk messaging module, you can send messages to your customers en masse through the various communication channels configured in Sagicc. For this process, you can filter the customer base of a campaign using one or more conditions that must be met to receive the messages. This way, you can segment your target audience and send personalized messages that meet the needs of each customer.

You can add Bulk Messages in Sagicc through the side menu by selecting Tools and then Bulk Messaging to access the module.

Sagicc will take you to a list where you can navigate through all the existing Bulk Messages on the platform. For each bulk message, you will see the following basic information:

• Name: Name of the bulk message.

• Progress: Percentage of progress of the bulk message.

• Template: Selected template to use in the bulk message.

• Status: Status of the bulk message (DRAFT, INITIALIZING, STOPPED, FINISHED).

• Enabled: Whether the bulk message is enabled on the platform.

• Options: Various options to perform on the bulk message.

In the Options column, clicking on View will allow you to access a Bulk Message. You can also Enable or Disable, Delete an existing Bulk Message.
