Through the Block List module, you will have the ability to restrict specific contact info so that their interactions are ignored/blocked by your Sagicc instance. After adding contact info to the block list, you will notice certain changes in the Contact Info section, either within the ticket management view or in the customer's profile.
Blocked contact info will be marked with an icon indicating their blocked status. In the options menu, you will have the option to access "Remove from Block List" if necessary.
Additionally, for contact data not on the block list, you will see the option "Add to Block List". This way, you can manage the Block List directly from a specific case or from a customer's profile.
Finally, it's important to remember that contact info present in the Block List will not be displayed in the list of contact data in the outgoing interactions form. As part of the module's policy, Sagicc will not allow the generation of outgoing interactions to contact data that are restricted.
