When you select the option "Add Bulk Message" (upper right corner) from the Mass Messages module, Sagicc will take you to a multi-step form for creating a new mass message on the platform.
In the first step of the form, you must complete the following information:
Name: Name of the mass message.
Campaign: Select the campaign on which the mass message will run. For each case in the campaign, a message will be sent.
Channel: Select the channel associated with the campaign that will be used to send the mass message.
Template: Select the message template that will be used to send the mass message.
Frequency: Select the frequency with which the mass message should be sent.
If you want the mass message to be sent only once, select "None".
If you want the mass message to be sent permanently/periodically, according to a specified repetition interval (for example, every 24 hours), select "Permanent".
If you want the mass message to be sent only once, at a specific date and time, select "Scheduled".
Send only to active cases in the campaign: Check this option if the message should only be sent to active cases in the campaign.
Close cases after sending the message: Check this option if you want the cases created for each client to be closed after the message is sent. If you are expecting a response from your clients to the message sent, leave this option unchecked. This way, you will see the client's response associated with the mass message sent.
In the next step of the form, you can view and/or edit the content of the message that will be sent to the clients, according to the message template selected in the previous step. If necessary, you can add variables to be dynamically replaced when sending the message with the client-specific data.
The mass messaging module will automatically add a link in the message body for clients to unsubscribe from the company's mass messaging sent through Sagicc. Only clients who have not unsubscribed from the mass messaging will receive messages sent from this module. This way, the company will comply with the regulations imposed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar policies.
In the next step of the form, one or more conditions can be added to filter the cases or clients to whom the mass message will be sent. These conditions are related to fields stored in Sagicc that can come from the Clients module or their accounts. To add a condition, complete the following fields:
Column: Name of the field to be compared in the condition.
Operator: It is the comparator or operator with which the Column will be evaluated.
Value: It is the value with which the selected Column value will be compared.
In the penultimate step, a summary of the data selected in the previous steps will be displayed, along with a preview of the clients that meet the selected parameters.
At any point during the creation process, you can click "Back" to edit or change data from previous steps. Once you finish the process, click "Save" to add the mass message. If the process was completed successfully, you will be automatically taken to the list of mass messages, where you will see the newly created mass send in the "INITIALIZATION" state.
