To add a campaign, click on the Add Campaign button from the Campaigns module.
Sagicc will take you to the campaign creation form, where you will need to enter the following required information:
Name: Name of the campaign.
Description: The objective or purpose of the new campaign. It is of informative nature.
Form: It is the management form (previously configured in Sagicc) that will be shown in the tickets of the campaign for typification or management of the same.
Start Date: It is the initial date on which the campaign will begin to be worked on and managed.
End Date: It is the end date (deadline) by which it is estimated to finish the work and management of the campaign.
Responsible: It is the platform user responsible for the campaign within the company. It may or may not be the same supervising user in charge of supervising the campaign.
Verify that the information is correct and click Save to add the campaign. If the process was done correctly, you will be automatically taken to the campaign configuration view to assign channels, users, supervisors, script, and other necessary configuration parameters to execute the campaign successfully.
