The Kanban view of Customers is designed to help you visualize the global status of customers, prospects, accounts, and/or companies that communicate with your company through the different communication channels offered and are managed through Sagicc.
Label Configuration
Before using the kanban view for Customer visualization, it is necessary to configure the labels that will make up the columns of the Kanban view. Through the side menu, you can access the Parametrization section, and then, the Customer Labels module.
Once inside the module, you can view all the configured customer labels in Sagicc. In the list, you can identify which labels are enabled for the kanban view, and their order. By clicking on the "Add Customer Label" button located in the upper right corner of the list, you can view a form to add a new label and associate it with the kanban view.
To add a label, enter the following requested information:
Label name
Use this label in the Kanban view of Customers: Check this option for the kanban view of customers to generate a column for this label.
Order: Specify the order in which the column corresponding to the label will be displayed in the kanban view.
Color: Select the color that will identify the column corresponding to the label in the kanban view.
Once all the information has been entered, verify that it is correct, and click Save to add the label. If the process was carried out correctly, you will be automatically taken to the list of Customer Labels, and from that moment on, the label will be visible in the Kanban view of Customers.
Assigning a Kanban label to a Customer
To assign kanban labels to customers, you can access the Customer Profile or a ticket associated with the customer. Within the form to edit the customer's information, locate the Labels field and select the desired kanban label for the customer. When you save the information, the label will be assigned to the customer.
Additionally, within the kanban view of Customers, you can change a customer's Kanban label by moving their card from one column to another. Find more information in the next section.
Customers can have multiple regular labels associated, but they can only have ONE KANBAN LABEL associated. Sagicc will alert when attempting to assign more than one Kanban label to the customer.
Kanban View
Through the side menu, you can access the Customers module of Sagicc. Upon entering, you can use the buttons located in the upper right of the list to change the visualization of customers. The default display mode will be List and will show customers in a list or table (view more in Customers). The Kanban mode will show customers organized on a board made up of columns and cards:
Columns: For each of the kanban labels configured in the Customer Labels module, a column will be displayed that will group customers who share the label. The columns will be displayed in the order specified in the label configuration and will have a characteristic color, also configurable.
Cards: For each customer, a card located in the column corresponding to their kanban label will be displayed. Within the card, basic data such as name, type and number of document, creation date, and user assigned to the customer will be displayed.
By default, customers without a Kanban label associated will be displayed in the "No label" column.
Some of the actions you can perform from the customer kanban view are:
Perform searches for specific customers by typing your query in the search box located at the top of the board.
By default, a maximum of 10 customers will be displayed in each column. Use the navigation buttons located at the bottom of each column to view more customers.
If you want to change a customer's kanban label, you just have to move it to the column corresponding to the new label. Click on the customer card and drag it with the cursor from one column to the other. Automatically, the customer's kanban type label will be modified.
